I work with individuals and groups in various mind, body, spirit practices to enhance their quality of life.  I teach practices that integrate the body with activation of breath and the use of intention to improve well being.

My Background: 

  1. Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) Certified through the Yoga Alliance 
  2. 30 Hour Training in Restorative Yoga 
  3. Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (In progress)
  4. Experienced Tai Chi and Qi Gong Practitioner / Guide
  5. Urban Tantra Professional Training Program Certificate of Mastery

My Beliefs: 

  1. Inclusion creating safe diverse class spaces is not an optional practice it is required.  
  2. All bodies are amazing, beautiful, capable and deserving of respect and inclusion. 
  3. Disclosure and consent is required in all interactions.
  4. I am non dualistic. I avoid the use of comparisons like good/bad or right/wrong both imply judgmental thinking usually leading to false understanding and suffering.   
  5. Yoga has 8 Limbs I do my best to teach from that perspective throughout my practice.  

What I Do:

  1. Teach, Beginner, Gentle, All levels, and Restorative, Yoga Classes. 
  2. Teach a variety of breathwork practices  
  3. Guide meditations and Yoga Nidra 
  4. Teach Tai Chi and Qigong 
  5. Create a welcoming and safe practice environment through use of trauma sensitive teaching methods, accessible yoga principles, and common courtesy for each person I interact with.
